The question

How can a public health office work with immunization records at both the overview and reporting level?

An immunization programme leaves a lot of information to keep track of. SIBUDAK gives that information several ways to be read.

My approach

I built SIBUDAK as a freelance project for the Bogor Regency Public Health Office. The work ran for six months and used Angular, Laravel, and MySQL.

How the application works

The interface moves between:

• A dashboard for an overview of the information.
• A map for the geographic view.
• Detailed tables for reading the immunization reports.

The screenshot below shows those views. The work was about making the records available in a form the office could use.
