IndonesiaConnect
A freelance ISP-management project that became the starting point for my own product in the same field.
The question
How can an ISP operator check customer and network information from a phone?
Network work doesn’t always happen in front of a desktop. The person checking a connection still needs access to the customer’s details and the equipment’s status.
My approach
I built IndonesiaConnect as a personal freelance project for a client running an internet service business. It brought customer records and network information into a mobile interface.
What the system covers
- Customer information alongside network records.
- PPP users, router status, and memory usage.
- Integration with MikroTik and ZTE OLT equipment.
The screenshots below show how those details fit on a phone.
Where it led
The project became the starting point for a SaaS I later developed in the same field. It began with one client’s needs and gave me a foundation I could build on.
