PROJECT NOTES

Eyzet

My ISP-management SaaS, and the ongoing work of building a product people use to run their business.

The question

How can an internet provider keep customer accounts, billing, and network operations together?

An internet connection comes with a surprising amount of admin. Someone has to send the bill, record the payment, and check the equipment when the connection stops behaving.

My role and approach

I’m the founder of Eyzet and a full-stack developer on the product. I build and maintain the software, and help users work through operational issues.

The approach is to keep the work around a customer’s connection in one system. The billing system and the network have quite a lot to say to each other.

How it works

  • Invoices and payments sit alongside connection suspension and reactivation.
  • A customer portal, network maps, and WhatsApp notifications support the work around the connection.
  • An internal AI agent helps staff find customer, billing, and device information.
  • Company-scoped MCP access lets teams connect their own AI tools.

The AI agent is for the ISP’s staff. A customer-facing agent is still on the roadmap.

Project notes

My work continues after a feature ships. I maintain the product and help its users when something needs attention. Being the founder means those conversations belong to me, too.
